It is really tragic that hundreds of dogs fall prey to this stupid incident when their owners leave them behind in a car. The owners do not even have an idea how hot can the car get and that it is extremely dangerous for the dog inside. They can suffocate to death so great care must be taken and if you see a dog trapped in a hot car, try doing the things given below.
Gather the necessary info such as the registration number of the car and it is better to take a picture of the license plate of the car with your smartphone.
Keep calm and notify other people and rush to a building nearby and inform the manager. Time is of the essence here because the dogs can suffer brain damage within just a minute or so.
Sometimes it is better to go to the backside of the car to watch the dog and do not leave your place.
When the owner arrives to their car, it is better to educate them about this and let them know how hot the car is.
If you have tried everything and the owner cannot be found, then it is better to call for help and dial 911 immediately.
Well if this isn't a heart warming epic friendship. It you're a baby flying squirrel that fell out of it's nest and was abandoned on the hot pavement in Florida, with no fur to be found, what's the chances some guy walking to work is gonna find you? And secondly, what's the chances you're going to survive. This man didn't now the first thing about nursing a baby squirrel but he did the research and not only that, for three months he took it everywhere, even work and made sure it had everything it needed.
His name is biscuits and he is now a happy fat little squirrel that lives with his buddy. Of course he is now a hand tamed pet and could never survive out in the wild. It is unfortunate that this animal will not know what its natural habitat is like nor will it ever know another squirrel but on the more important flip side, if it were not for the loving care of a human hand and heart, little biscuits would not be the happy frolicking and may we say adorable and healthy flying squirrel he is today! Bravo for biscuits! So look a little harder at the ground—you never know!
